perimenopause & menopause

Your doctor never warned you. Nobody sat you down and explained what was coming or how dramatically this season of life would shift everything you thought you knew about yourself.

One day you wake up and do not recognize the woman staring back at you in the mirror. Your mood swings in ways that feel completely out of your control. Anxiety you never struggled with before shows up uninvited and refuses to leave. Weight creeps on despite doing everything right. Brain fog settles in so thick that you find yourself questioning your competence, your capability, and your sanity. The things that used to come easily suddenly feel impossible.

And nobody prepared you for any of it.

And yet here you are.

Perimenopause and menopause do not just change your body. They magnify everything. Anxiety that was manageable suddenly is not. ADHD that you had under control suddenly feels impossible. Your sleep is disrupted. Your mood shifts without warning. Your confidence takes hits you never saw coming. The woman you knew yourself to be feels just out of reach.

And when you finally get the courage to bring it up to your doctor you might be told that you are just getting older, or that this is normal, and you simply need to deal with it. You leave without answers, without strategies, and without hope.

You deserve better than that.

What most people do not realize is that perimenopause and menopause affect every area of your life - your relationships, work, your sense of self, and mental health. And navigating all of that alone, without the right support and information, is exhausting in a way that is hard to put into words.

I have taken extensive coursework in perimenopause and menopause and am currently working towards certification. I believe you deserve someone in your corner who actually understands what is happening to you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Someone who will not dismiss what you are feeling or tell you to just push through it.

I will listen to you. I will validate what you are experiencing. I will help you understand what is happening in your body and why. And I will help you advocate for yourself so that your symptoms are finally getting the attention they deserve from your medical team. Together we build strategies that work for where you are right now, in this season of your life, so you can stop surviving it and start moving through it with clarity and confidence. You deserve to look in the mirror and recognize the woman staring back at you. Let me help you get there.
