life’s transitions and everything else
Life doesn't happen in neat categories. Sometimes what brings a woman to coaching isn't a diagnosis or a specific life stage. It's a season. A change. A shift.
You might be in a season of change and unsure of who you are becoming. Or navigating a big decision and cannot tell the difference between your voice and the noise. Or something happened that changed everything, and you are still figuring out who you are on the other side of it.
Motherhood. Divorce. Grief. Career shifts. Empty nest. Illness. Caregiving. Reinvention. Being newly single. Being newly married. Being newly you.
You don't need a diagnosis to work with me. You don't need to have it figured out before you show up. You just need to be ready to stop pushing through and start building something that actually fits who you are.
The snowdrop is used in my logo because it is one of the most resilient flowers in nature. The snowdrop happens to be my birth flower, and my last name is Snow. So it fits perfectly. It blooms in the dead of winter, when the ground is frozen and nothing else dares to grow. It pushes through the cold, through the snow, through the conditions that would break most things. And still it blooms.
That is you.
You have been through conditions that would have broken most people. And you are still here. Still growing. Still becoming.
When I designed my logo, I placed four snowdrops in a perfectly aligned mirror. Four blossoms. Four reflections of the same resilient flower. Because the woman you are on this side of a transition is not the only version of you that matters. There are four versions of yourself across the seasons of your life.
The person you have been. She survived. She learned. She got you here.
The person you have lost sight of. The part that got buried under the noise. The one you stopped seeing.
The person you are becoming. The version waking up right now, learning what is possible.
And the person you have always known was in there. The core self. The one who never left. The one who existed before anyone told you who to be.
The work we do together brings all four back into the same reflection. Not the polished version. Not the performing version. The whole version.
That is what an aligned reflection actually looks like.
Together, we look at where you are, at what you actually want, not what you think you should want. And we build the strategies, systems, and support that make the next chapter feel less like something happening to you and more like something you are shaping.
You deserve to move through this transition with clarity and support. Not alone. Not wondering what is wrong with you.
You deserve an aligned reflection through every season of your life. Let me walk with you.
